Your private link opens the guest side of the producer’s Studio room. You do not need an account or a second meeting app. Use this guide before the show, then follow the checks on your guest page.

Use the same private link and setup, close competing media apps, and keep the Broadcast page visible for the entire show.
Show-day checklist
Set this up before you join.
- Current Google Chrome on a laptop or desktop
- A stable wired or strong Wi-Fi connection
- Headphones or earbuds to prevent echo
- Camera near eye level with light in front of you
- Microphone and camera permissions allowed for ThankMy.ai
- VPN disabled unless your company requires it
- Teams, Zoom, Meet, and other camera apps fully closed
- Your private guest link kept private and ready to reopen
Inside your guest page
Follow the page from top to bottom.
- Continue as guest. No host account is needed.
- Count connected devices. Most guests use one camera, one microphone, and one headphone output.
- Allow permissions. Chrome needs camera and microphone access.
- Choose exact devices. Use headphones whenever possible.
- Join Studio. You can wait safely before the producer arrives.
- Save preflight. Do this on the real show network when the page marks it required.
Fast recovery
If something is not right, start here.
No camera or microphone
Close other meeting apps, allow Chrome permissions, then use Recheck Microphone Access.
You cannot hear the producer
Choose the intended headphones, click Apply Headphones, and confirm the tab is not muted.
Video or audio freezes
Return to the visible Broadcast tab and use Recover Room Media. Reopen the same private link if needed.
Company network blocks the room
Share the printable packet with IT and rerun preflight from the actual show network.
